1 red delicious apple
1 orange
1 lemon
2 cups lacinato kale
1 handful cilantro
2 medjool dates
1 cup frozen peaches
1 tsp goji powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp vanilla sun warrior protein
1 tsp spirulina
2 tbs cod liver oil
